Der vorliegende Band untersucht diese spezielle Bindung besonders hinsichtlich ihres Einflusses auf grenz\u00fcberschreitende Aktivit\u00e4ten der verschiedenen Konzerne.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Den Rahmen dieser Untersuchung bildet eine interdisziplin\u00e4re Herangehensweise, die mit der traditionellen Trennung von International Business und International Political Economy bricht und diese Perspektiven vereint. Auf der Basis von Fallstudien zu den L\u00e4ndern mit den wichtigsten aufstrebenden M\u00e4rkten sowie Untersuchungen von ausgew\u00e4hlten internationalen Institutionen attestiert der Band das Aufkommen einer dritten Welle von Staatskapitalismus, der sich von seinen Vorg\u00e4ngern aus dem 19. und 20. Jahrhundert stark unterscheidet.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Staatskapitalismus 3.0 ist weder durch protektionistische Z\u00f6lle noch zentralistische Organisation charakterisiert, sondern basiert viel eher auf einer Vielzahl formeller und informeller kooperativer Beziehungen zwischen \u00f6ffentlichen Institutionen und einzelnen Unternehmen.
