Zur Leitung solcher Projekte braucht man F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte mit biologischem Wissen\u00a0und Managementf\u00e4higkeiten.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Einzigartiger, neuer Ansatz<\/h3>\n<p>Um den Bedarf an k\u00fcnftigen F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften mit Managementf\u00e4higkeiten zu decken, wurde erstmalig eine vierw\u00f6chige Fr\u00fchlingsschule in Frankfurt initiiert. Besonders hervorzuheben und notwendig f\u00fcr dieses Projekt ist die Vernetzung Frankfurter Institutionen im aktiven Naturschutz. Ihre Zusammenarbeit ergibt eine einzigartige M\u00f6glichkeit, das Thema Naturschutz unter verschiedenen, praktischen Aspekten des Projektmanagements zu bearbeiten und die Expertisen jedes Partners an die Teilnehmenden weiterzugeben. Die zahlreichen, \u00fcberwiegend angewandten Themen wurden den Teilnehmenden \u00fcber vier Wochen in ganzt\u00e4gigen, praktisch orientierten Modulen durch Vortr\u00e4ge, \u00dcbungen und Exkursionen von Dozenten mit langj\u00e4hriger praktischer Erfahrung und Berufswissen nahegebracht.<\/p>\n<p>Themen der englischsprachigen Veranstaltung waren beispielsweise \u201eProject planning and management\u201c, \u201eHuman resources in the project context\u201c, \u201eIntercultural competence\u201c, \u201eBudgeting, reporting and finance management\u201c, \u201ePR and communications in a project context\u201c und \u201eOrganisational development and strategies\u201c. Am Ende wurden die Kenntnisse der Teilnehmer in einer Klausur \u00fcberpr\u00fcft, welche die Teilnehmer mit einer Erfolgsquote von mehr als 85 % bestanden haben.<\/p>\n<p>[dt_call_to_action content_size=&#8220;small&#8220; background=&#8220;fancy&#8220; line=&#8220;true&#8220; animation=&#8220;fadeIn&#8220;]<br \/>\n<strong>Positive R\u00fcckmeldungen der Teilnehmer<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;The Conservation Project Management Spring School was a once in a lifetime experience for me. Dabei kamen die Teilnehmer aus verschiedenen Masterstudieng\u00e4ngen wie \u00d6kologie und Evolution (Goethe Universit\u00e4t Frankfurt), Internationaler Naturschutz (Georg-August-Universit\u00e4t G\u00f6ttingen), Landschaftsplanung (Hochschule Weihenstephan-Triesdorf), Umweltplanung und Ingenieur\u00f6kologie (Technische Universit\u00e4t M\u00fcnchen), Wildtier\u00f6kologie und \u2013management (Universit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Bodenkultur Wien) und Biodiversit\u00e4t und Naturschutz (Philipps-Universit\u00e4t Marburg). Die praktischen Erfahrungen der Teilnehmer allgemein, aber vor allem auch der sechs Stipendiaten der KfW Stiftung, welche schon als Nachwuchsparkmanager in ihren jeweiligen L\u00e4ndern arbeiten, erweiterten zus\u00e4tzlich den Horizont der Teilnehmer.<\/p>\n<h3>Internationalit\u00e4t<\/h3>\n<p>Insgesamt nahmen 24 Studierende und Nachwuchswissenschaftler aus verschiedenen europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern sowie sechs internationale Stipendiaten der KfW Stiftung aus Guyana, Indonesien, Nepal, Peru und Zimbabwe an dieser Veranstaltung teil. Dadurch erwarben die Teilnehmer nicht nur theoretische Informationen zu interkultureller Kompetenz in ihren Kursen, sondern setzten die erlernten Inhalte im t\u00e4glichen Miteinander direkt ein.<\/p>\n<p>Die Fr\u00fchlingsschule fand statt unter dem Dach von BioFrankfurt. F\u00fcr die Spring School arbeitet die Goethe Universit\u00e4t eng zusammen mit der Zoologischen Gesellschaft Frankfurt, der KfW Stiftung, der KfW, dem WWF und der KPMG.
