{"id":23568,"date":"2017-11-28T10:56:13","date_gmt":"2017-11-28T09:56:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aktuelles.uni-frankfurt.de\/?p=23568"},"modified":"2024-11-15T14:06:26","modified_gmt":"2024-11-15T13:06:26","slug":"goethe-universitaet-trauert-um-prof-ilse-staff","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aktuelles.uni-frankfurt.de\/en\/aktuelles\/goethe-universitaet-trauert-um-prof-ilse-staff\/","title":{"rendered":"Goethe-Universit\u00e4t trauert um Prof. Ilse Staff"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sie war in mehrfacher Hinsicht eine Pionierin: Ilse Staff war die erste Frau, die am Fachbereich Rechtswissenschaft der Goethe-Universit\u00e4t habilitiert wurde, sie wurde die erste Professorin an diesem Fachbereich \u2013 und sie blieb lange Zeit die einzige Frau im deutschsprachigen Raum, die sich im \u00f6ffentlichen Recht habilitierte. Als Ilse Hupe in Hannover geboren und aufgewachsen, studierte sie in W\u00fcrzburg, Frankfurt und Pisa. Ilse Staff geh\u00f6rte zum Umfeld der Frankfurter Schule. Sie war eine der ersten, die sich mit der Rolle der Justiz im Dritten Reich auseinandersetzten. Ihre Dokumentation von 1964 \u201eJustiz im Dritten Reich\u201c ist erst im vorigen Jahr wieder nachgedruckt worden. Von 1971 bis 1993 lehrte Ilse Staff als Professorin Staatsrecht an der Goethe-Universit\u00e4t. Sie war mit Curt Staff verheiratet, der von 1951 bis 1969 Pr\u00e4sident des Oberlandesgerichts Frankfurt am Main war. Im Alter von 89 Jahren ist Ilse Staff bereits am 15.
