P\u00e4dagogen die Eignungen, Kenntnisse, Haltungen, Interessen und Kompetenzen von Sch\u00fclern und Berufsanf\u00e4ngern erkennen und weiterentwickeln k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Autoren erl\u00e4utern Forschungs- und Erhebungsmethoden aus der p\u00e4dagogischen und psychologischen Diagnostik, die sie systematisch mit theoretischen Begr\u00fcndungen, Anwendungsund Auswertungsfragen
