Der mit 100.000 \u20ac dotierte Preis soll die Preistr\u00e4gerInnen dabei unterst\u00fctzen, sich in ihrem Forschungsgebiet erfolgreich zu etablieren, innovative Ans\u00e4tze zu verfolgen und die Chancen auf eine Lehrstuhlberufung zu erh\u00f6hen. Durch individuelle Unterst\u00fctzung m\u00f6chte die Aventis Foundation talentierten Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftlern eine m\u00f6glichst fr\u00fche eigenst\u00e4ndige Forschung erm\u00f6glichen und sie darin best\u00e4rken, mutigen und unkonventionellen Ideen nachzugehen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es werden bis zu drei Preise vergeben an promovierte oder bereits habilitierte NachwuchswissenschaftlerInnen, an Qualifikations- und Tenure  Track-ProfessorIinnen sowie an GruppenleiterInnen, die eine akademische Karriere anstreben und noch keine unbefristete Professur innehaben. Unterst\u00fctzt werden dabei innovative Forschungsans\u00e4tze im Bereich der Lebenswissenschaften, also aus den F\u00e4chern Biochemie, Biologie, Chemie, Medizin, Pharmazie &#8211; alle F\u00e4cher jeweils auch in Verbindung mit Mathematik und Informationstechnologie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2020 vergibt die Aventis Foundation den Preis in Zusammenarbeit mit der  Goethe-Universit\u00e4t Frankfurt, der Johannes-Gutenberg Universit\u00e4t Mainz,  der Technischen Hochschule Darmstadt sowie der Universit\u00e4t Heidelberg.  Entsprechend ist der Kreis der Bewerbungen 2020 auf  NachwuchswissenschaftlerInnen dieser Institutionen begrenzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-very-light-gray-background-color\"> Die <strong>Bewerbungsfrist <\/strong>l\u00e4uft noch bis zum <strong>31.
