Dazu geh\u00f6rt die individuelle F\u00f6rderung in Projektteams ebenso wie studienbegleitende Programme und Angebote \u2013 Seminare, Workshops, Best-Practice-Vortr\u00e4ge, Netzwerke. Ein ideelles Begleitprogramm, dessen Wert sich nicht in Geld messen l\u00e4sst.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein griffiger Name ist die halbe Miete: Die Stipendiatenprojekte hei\u00dfen z. B. \u00bbWissenschaft gegen Mythen\u00ab \u2013 ein Podcast, \u00bbGoethe on Tour\u00ab \u2013 ein QR-Code-gest\u00fctzter Campusrundgang, \u00bbGr\u00fcner Faden Frankfurt\u00ab \u2013 eine Website mit interaktiver Karte zum Thema \u00bbNachhaltiges Leben in Frankfurt\u00ab oder \u00bbUni:hautnah\u00ab \u2013 das sind Matching-Tage zwischen Abiturienten und Studierenden. Allen rund zehn Young Leadership-Projekten ist gemeinsam, dass sie den Stipendiatinnen und Stipendiaten neben der finanziellen F\u00f6rderung auch die Chance bieten, wichtige Kompetenzen f\u00fcr ihre Zukunft zu erwerben. \u00bbUnsere Deutschlandstipendiatinnen und -stipendiaten kn\u00fcpfen neue Kontakte, erwerben Management- und F\u00fchrungsqualit\u00e4ten und lernen, im Team neue Projekte zu entwickeln und umzusetzen\u00ab, sagt Sybille Bl\u00f6cker, Ansprechpartnerin f\u00fcr Studierende im Deutschlandstipendienprogramm an der Goethe-Universit\u00e4t. Herausforderungen, an denen Studierende wachsen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pers\u00f6nliche und berufliche Kompetenzen st\u00e4rken<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gemeinsam mit Kommilitoninnen und Kommilitonen aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und Studieng\u00e4ngen arbeiten die Stipendiaten in Projektteams an innovativen Ideen. Das schult interdisziplin\u00e4res Denken, Urteilsf\u00e4higkeit und den Blick \u00fcber den Tellerrand. Je nach F\u00e4higkeiten und Interessen gestalten sie z.B. das Hochschulleben mit oder engagieren sich f\u00fcr die Stadt und damit f\u00fcr die Gesellschaft. Begleitet werden sie dabei von au\u00dferuniversit\u00e4ren Mentorinnen und Mentoren. \u00bbDiese Expertinnen und Experten unterst\u00fctzen z. B. bei der Konzeption und Planung, bei der Suche nach geeigneten Kooperationspartnern und beim Netzwerken\u00ab, sagt Sybille Bl\u00f6cker. Und f\u00fcgt hinzu: \u00bbSowohl die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer des ideellen F\u00f6rderprogramms als auch die Mentorinnen und Mentoren setzen die Projekte ehrenamtlich um.\u00ab Dieser wichtige Baustein des Deutschlandstipendiums wird ausschlie\u00dflich aus F\u00f6rdermitteln und Spenden finanziert. \u00dcber die Projekte hinaus bietet die Goethe-Universit\u00e4t hochkar\u00e4tig besetzte Veranstaltungen zu wissenschaftlichen, gesellschaftspolitischen oder kulturellen Themen an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p
