Von 2018 bis 2021 war er Vizepr\u00e4sident f\u00fcr Studium und Lehre der Goethe-Universit\u00e4t Frankfurt. Nach einem Lehramtsstudium in Gie\u00dfen folgte 1994 die Promotion zum Dr. rer. nat. sowie 2000 die Habilitation an der Universit\u00e4t Kassel. Von 2002 bis 2010 hatte er die Professur f\u00fcr Physik und Didaktik der Physik an der P\u00e4dagogischen Hochschule Schw\u00e4bisch Gm\u00fcnd inne. Er ist Mitglied des Direktoriums der Akademie f\u00fcr Bildungsforschung und Lehrkr\u00e4ftebildung (ABL) der Goethe-Universit\u00e4t Frankfurt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eIch freue mich darauf, mit meinen beiden Vorstandskolleginnen, den Gremien und allen Mitarbeiter*innen in der Stiftung Impulse setzen zu k\u00f6nnen f\u00fcr spannende Lehrformate an Hochschulen in ganz Deutschland,\u201c so Erb. \u201eLehre bringt Wissenschaft zu den Studierenden und sorgt dadurch f\u00fcr die Weiterentwicklung unserer Gesellschaft &#8211; und auch f\u00fcr mehr Rationalit\u00e4t in den Diskursen.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Cornelia Raue, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrende Vorst\u00e4ndin, und Dr. Antje Mansbr\u00fcgge, Vorst\u00e4ndin Innovation der StIL, freuen sich auf die Zusammenarbeit mit Prof. Erb \u201enicht zuletzt, weil wir mit ihm einen Naturwissenschaftler mit Herz f\u00fcr Lehre und Erfahrung in der Hochschulleitung gewinnen. Der Anker des Vorstands Wissenschaft in der Hochschule ist uns eine wichtige Quelle und R\u00fcckversicherung. Nicht nur, was wir in der Lehre f\u00f6rdern, sondern vor allem auch wie wir f\u00f6rdern, das kann nur gemeinsam mit dem Vorstand Wissenschaft entwickelt werden.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Vorstand Wissenschaft begleitet die Arbeit der Aussch\u00fcsse zur Projektauswahl in enger Abstimmung mit dem Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrenden Vorstand. Er ist verantwortlich f\u00fcr die wissenschaftsgeleiteten Auswahlverfahren sowie Evaluation und Qualit\u00e4tssicherung der F\u00f6rdert\u00e4tigkeit der gesamten Stiftung und pflegt den kollegialen Kontakt mit Hochschulen. Die Aufgaben als Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrender Vorstand und als Vorstand Innovation werden hauptamtlich \u00fcbernommen, der Vorstand Wissenschaft bleibt im Hauptamt an der Hochschule t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Stiftung Innovation in der Hochschullehre engagiert sich bundesweit f\u00fcr Innovationen in Studium und Lehre. Daf\u00fcr f\u00f6rdert sie Projekte an einzelnen Hochschulen oder Verbundvorhaben. Zudem schafft die Stiftung Vernetzungsangebote f\u00fcr Gestalter:innen der Lehre, st\u00e4rkt den Wissenstransfer und f\u00f6rdert den Austausch \u00fcber Projektergebnisse, Erfolge und Herausforderungen. S\u00e4mtliche Mittel dieser Wissenschaftsinstitution werden von Bund und L\u00e4ndern zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Die Stiftung Innovation in der Hochschullehre <\/strong>engagiert sich bundesweit f\u00fcr Innovationen in Studium und Lehre.
