Ein Projekt, das pflegebed\u00fcrftigen Menschen Sicherheit gibt und Auszubildenden die Praxis, die sie brauchen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Dienstagmorgen Anfang November. Frankfurt erwacht, die Stra\u00dfenbahn quietscht um die Ecke \u2013 und in einem kleinen Mehrfamilienhaus klingelt es an der T\u00fcr. Frau R., 82, \u00f6ffnet vorsichtig. Vor ihr steht eine junge Pflegefachkraft von goethe@home, dem neuen ambulanten Pflegedienst der Universit\u00e4tsmedizin Frankfurt. \u00bbSch\u00f6n, dass Sie da sind\u00ab, sagt Frau R. erleichtert. Ein L\u00e4cheln, ein Griff zur Tasche, schon beginnt die Routine der Versorgung \u2013 Vitaldaten messen, Verb\u00e4nde wechseln, Medikamente richten, ein kurzes Gespr\u00e4ch \u00fcber den Tag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mehr als Grundpflege<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Startphase bietet goethe@home Hilfe bei der Grundpflege und wichtige Leistungen der Behandlungspflege: Wundversorgung, Kompressionstherapie, Medikamentengabe. Hinzu kommen Beratungen, etwa zur Beantragung eines Pflegegrades. Perspektivisch wird das Spektrum wachsen: Infusionstherapie, ambulante Chemotherapie f\u00fcr Studienpatientinnen und -patienten, au\u00dferklinische Intensivpflege. Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin Ivonne Hund betont die Philosophie des Projekts: \u00bbWir wollen die ambulante Pflege inhaltlich weiterentwickeln \u2013 nah am Menschen, aber auch nah an der Wissenschaft. So sichern wir nicht nur Qualit\u00e4t, sondern auch Zukunft.\u00ab Das Team startete klein: zwei Pflegefachkr\u00e4fte, zwei Pflegehelfer, dazu die Auszubildenden, die Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt Verantwortung \u00fcbernehmen. Eine Gr\u00f6\u00dfe, die N\u00e4he zul\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ausbildung mit Zukunft<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Was f\u00fcr die Pflegebed\u00fcrftigen Alltagshilfe bedeutet, ist f\u00fcr k\u00fcnftige Pflegefachkr\u00e4fte zugleich Lernfeld. Denn goethe@home ist nicht nur ein ambulanter Dienst, es ist auch ein Ausbildungsprojekt. Pflegekr\u00e4fte sind rar, die Anforderungen steigen. Wer heute Pflegefachfrau oder -mann wird, muss nicht nur am Krankenbett, sondern auch zu Hause bei den Menschen bestehen k\u00f6nnen. 400 Stunden ambulanter Einsatz schreibt die Ausbildung vor. Doch geeignete Pl\u00e4tze sind Mangelware. Genau hier setzt goethe@home an. \u00bbWir hatten lange das Problem, f\u00fcr unsere Auszubildenden gen\u00fcgend am-bulante Praxiseins\u00e4tze zu organisieren\u00ab, erkl\u00e4rt Michael Ludwig, stellvertreten-der Schulleiter der Goethe-Pflegeakademie. \u00bbMit goethe@home schlie\u00dfen wir diese L\u00fccke.
