Welcome to the new fellows of the Goethe Research Experience Program

On October 5, 2023, Goethe University President Prof. Enrico Schleiff welcomed the new fellows to the Goethe Research Experience Program (GREP). This is the first time a cohort of five international master’s students will start their research projects together. Present at the GREP certificate award were (from left to right): Alan Valverde from Stanford University, USA; Adeola Titilola from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria; and Chiara Dainche from the University of Grenoble Alpes, France – all of whom are conducting their research as part of „Trust in Conflict“ and „Dynamics of the Religious.“ Two additional fellows from China and Turkey will join them at the end of October. The program is coordinated by the Global Office, part of the “Global Affairs Study and Teaching” Department, in close alignment with Goethe University Frankfurt’s excellence cluster initiatives within the framework of the Excellence Strategy of the German federal and state governments, as well as with priority projects in the university’s research profile areas.
