Postdoc Peer Groups 2025: Apply until 15 January!

As a postdoc, you face new challenges and more responsibilities, but a new career stage also offers various options for development. Working in academia, everyday routines and a high workload do not leave much time to address problems and conflicts in a systematic fashion or to strategically explore new avenues. The Goethe Research Academy for Early Career Researchers (GRADE) offers interested postdocs the opportunity to meet in interdisciplinary groups for personal development through cooperative feedback, supported by a professional coach.

The aim of the peer group networking is to reflect on your own professional approach, gain confidence for important decisions, experience assertiveness despite new challenges on a daily basis and develop individual strategies for your career path.

If you are interested in a new method to reflect on individual questions and problems related to your professional work as a scientist and to shape your future path in an interdisciplinary exchange with colleagues, please apply by January 15, 2025 at https://tinygu.de/postdocpeer .

The kick-off meeting will take place on February 10, 2025, in-person at Campus Westend. You can only apply for the program if you are able to attend the first meeting.
