“The Next Systemic Financial Crisis – Where Might it Come From?”: Financial Stability in a Polycrisis World
24 January 2023, Campus Westend, Casino Building and Online
On January 24, 2023 the ILF will be presenting the eleventh conference in our series on the future of the financial sector, organized by Andreas Dombret and Patrick Kenadjian. The event takes place under the academic auspices of the ILF and with the support of our knowledge partner, Oliver Wyman, and of Amazon Web Services.
The conference will ask the question: The next systemic financial crisis – where might it come from? A distinguished group of senior representatives from the public and private sectors will discuss the issues around four groups of issues:
- what are the major macroeconomic factors the financial sector faces;
- what are the challenges from crypto assets and cybersecurity;
- what issues do non-bank financial institutions pose to financial stability;
- what issues in particular affect the regulated service providers.
